Laminated safety glass – The optimal solution for a wide range of vehicle glazing
The need for a new windshield can arise for a variety of reasons and may be the last resort to restore a vehicle to operational safety. This can also avoid expensive modifications or even new purchases. Construction machinery, classic cars, motorboats, and even passenger ships, in particular, often require specially manufactured laminated safety glass due to their diverse uses. This is offered as a large-format flat glass panel consisting of at least two glass panes firmly bonded together with an intermediate film. Our experience shows that more and more customers require a wide variety of vehicle glazing that, due to its age, is no longer available as original spare parts.
Toughened safety glass – The solution for high shock and impact resistance
Tempered safety glass (ESG) consists of a specially hardened pane that offers high impact and shock resistance. Upon customer request, we can produce toughened safety glass panes in various tints and to customer specifications, provided the pane is not curved. Production is carried out precisely according to our customers' specifications, with a delivery time of four to six weeks.
Plastic discs – flexible solutions for various applications
We can offer you plastic screens made of polycarbonate (Makrolon, Lexan, Polycasa) or Plexiglas or acrylic glass in various thicknesses and tints upon request. These plastic sheets have different material properties, such as scratch resistance, fire safety, and heat resistance. Recently, plastic screens have been increasingly used as infection control screens in direct customer contact areas. We cut the plastic screens to your specifications and provide them with bends and holes if necessary. Delivery times depend on the manufacturer's delivery capabilities and the required quantity.
